Fantastic experience. For what it was, a cheaper motel, my expectations were exceeded. Both Rooms we had were clean, staff were friendly and courteous. AC works, fridge is cold, and the rooms are clearly newly renovated. Beds are comfortable, sheets are clean, and so on. Next time I'm in Toronto, I will be booking again at the White Knight Motel.
We were quite impressed with our entire stay at White Night. We had 2 rooms. Check in was fast and easy. They were clean, affordable, reasonably spacious and the location was good for us as we were going into downtown Toronto. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area
Sunny is awesome with service The rooms were clean and it’s newly renovated Conveniently located on Dixie rd
At first when I read the reviews about this place I was not sure about staying because someone wrote that they didn’t get their deposit back but I did receive mine back, it was totally fine and the front desk man Sunny was kind and helpful to me, and explained the deposit is returned if you have good standing and don't trash the room. ok It is not a 5 star Hilton hotel so don't come expecting that, but for the price it is clean enough and provides the basic needs for shower and sleep. I would rather stay here and pay low fee than paying 2-3 hundred at some other hotel just to get a sleep.
We had called multiple times for a reservation which they wouldn't allow us to make. Which ended up being okay because there was a room available when we got there. But the changed the price every time we called, it's wasn't by any large amount just not consistent. The updates were very nice but there was still the old smell to it, which wouldn't take too long to get used to.
